Discover the joy of dance in a fun, supportive space designed exclusively for women! This beginner-friendly class will teach you the smooth footwork and rhythmic hip movements of Dominican Bachata.
Originating in the Dominican Republic, Bachata is a rhythmic, easy-to-learn social dance characterized by an accessible four-step footwork pattern and smooth hip movements. Because the foundational steps are straightforward and danced to a moderate tempo, it is widely considered one of the most rewarding and least intimidating Latin dances for beginners. A dedicated women-only class creates a uniquely supportive, high-energy environment focused on building confidence, body awareness, and self-expression. It strips away the pressure of partner dancing, allowing students to focus entirely on their own rhythm while building a strong sense of community with other women.
